We are happy to announce the SiteApps plugin for WordPress. The plugin automatically installs SiteApps on your WordPress site and offers shortcuts for app implementation.

To implement SiteApps on your WordPress site with our extension, simply follow these steps:
1. Download the plugin from the official wordpress.org site.
2. Unzip the file and upload the siteapps file into your WordPress plugin directory, ex: /yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins
3. Access the WordPress admin interface and select "Plugins" from the menu. Activate the "SiteApps" plugin.
4. After the plugin is activated, you will be able to configure SiteApps by clicking on the "SiteApps" link from the "Settings" menu:

5. Input your SiteApps ID (this is available in the "Tags" section of the SiteApps.com interface) and select "Update Settings":

You're all set!
The SiteApps WordPress plugin allows you to create DIV "hooks" on your website that simplify implementation of apps that need a DIV ID. By using the "Widget Manager" you can include new placeholders for apps. Here's an example:
1. Select the "Widgets" option from the "Appearance" menu in the WordPress admin interface.
2. Drag and drop the "SiteApps Div Marker" from the "Available Widgets" to the widget area you want to add an app.
3. Give this marker a name that will also be used in the app config within SiteApps:

An example of how this can be useful is the "Twitter Follow Button" app, where you create a marker called "siteapps_div" with a widget, and then use this name as the DIV you want to add the Twitter button to:

Enjoy.
