is there any one to develop, ready to pay some Money

Hi Sabitha -

 

Glad you liked the Header Bar app.  Could you give us a little more information on what you are thinking?  Would this be a header bar with links to sections in your website?

 

Any information you could send would definitely help us.  Also, if possible, link a website that has something similar or send us an image.
