Avoid calling shortcuts in form elements

Loved the app! However I noticed that if the user is typing something in input box or textarea, the shortcuts remain active.
Shouldn't they be disabled in this condition?

You're right, that's a bummer! I updated the app now using the OpenJS.com framework that will not apply shortcuts when the the focus is on form input elements.
